Many outlets provide performing arts training, but Broadway Dreams, as a mission-driven 501(c)3 nonprofit with demonstrated reach and credibility in the Broadway and Hollywood communities, is committed to investing in the next generation of artists regardless of background or income.

I’m thrilled to be embarking on a new professional chapter within this leading not-for-profit arts education organisation as Director of Advancement. Very grateful to join this incredible team transforming young lives through performance training, life skills building, and mentorship opportunities — with so much more to come.

Self-Employed Women's Association

Self- Employed Women's Association (SEWA) is the single largest Central Trade union registered on 12th April, 1972 with a membership of over 2.5 million (2023) poor, self-employed women workers from the informal economy across 18 states in India.

With the Gandian principles of Satya (truth), Ahinsa (non-violence), Sarvadharma (integrating all faiths, all people) and Khadi (propagation of local employment and self-reliance), SEWA has been working for over 5 decades to improve the livelihoods of poor self-employed women workers from the informal economy, through various initiatives (including technology, technical training, micro-finance, market linkages, and natural resource management, across 125 different trades with the twin goals of Full Employment and Self-Reliance. SEWA has also worked towards strengthening the livelihoods of women workers in 7 South-Asian countries: Afghanistan, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Myanmar, Butan and Bangladesh.

Head Held High is a non-profit with the vision of moving individuals out of poverty and into a life of dignity, by empowering them with the tools and resources they need to succeed. 

A transformed individual, when given access to viable economic pathways, can emerge from and lead their family out of poverty. The roadmap for driving change for individuals, families and communities is based on this core belief in the power of agency.

Keyboard Heroes
Co-creator, 2023 - present

My sister and I started this initiative with the hope of raising awareness on the important topic of cyberbullying. With the rapid rise of social media, it's a fast-developing issue that many of us adults are still learning how to navigate. Unlike the two of us, who grew with social media, children nowadays know no different.

Our hope is to raise awareness on the lasting effects of cyberbullying and how we can be better equipped to support young people through the digital landscape; by highlighting available resources and promoting positivity on our social channels. Let's make the internet a safer space for our pre-teens and young adults.

I am so proud to have been part of this organisation on a mission to build the future of health. I'm excited to see how the company continues to develop, this time as a user and shareholder. Established during the COVID-19 pandemic, the goal was simple: to equip both aspiring entrepreneurs and seasoned business owners with the resources and support while navigating the modern business landscape.
